Founders/Co-Presidents
Emily Papale-Homm is the Co-Founder and CCO of Rad Sourcing, a manufacturing consulting startup based in Naples, Florida. She earned a BA in Studio Art with an emphasis in Photography at Sonoma State University and was a collegiate volleyball player as well. Currently, Emily is earning her Masters of Management at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Emily possesses a true entrepreneurial spirit and drive and loves seeing new ideas come to fruition.

Sabrina Ivanenco is a Master of Management student at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She attended UM where she majored in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience and minored in Entrepreneurship. In her free time, you can find Sabrina in the piano practice rooms on campus.
Vice President
Afrah Arif is currently a Master of Management student at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business. She majored in Biology with a minor in Spanish from Wayne State University. Afrah enjoys discussing public health issues and social entrepreneurship. In her free time, she likes to paint and spend time with her family and friends. Afrah loves coffee, so she’s always down to try new spots.
VP Finance
Jessica Vinagolu-Baur is currently a student in the Master of Management Program at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business. She majored in Psychology and minored in Science, Technology and Society (STS) while in undergrad at the University of Michigan. In her free time, she enjoys her work as a photographer, a Campus Tour Guide and within the Department of Recreational Sports at UofM. She is excited to learn more about the intersection between business and law and looks forward to the upcoming year.
VP Internal Relations
Mithali Savanth is currently a Master of Management student at the Ross School of Business. In undergrad, she studied Law, Societies, & Justice (pre-law) at the University of Washington. Mithali briefly worked in the tech space before attending Ross, and she enjoys exploring the intersection between technology and business. In her free time, you can find her trying out new recipes and checking out the Ann Arbor food scene!
